Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center is a 650 bed tertiary care teaching hospital located in central Phoenix.  It is the cornerstone medical center for the Banner Health System. With innovative programs such as the Transfusion Free Surgery Program and the Outreach Program, Banner Good Samaritan not only serves the needs of the patients from Phoenix but also those of patients from throughout the southwestern United States.

The Urology Program at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center was recently named one of the 50 best urology programs in the United States by the U.S. News and World Report Magazine. It was the only urology program in Arizona to receive this designation. Dr. Kletscher serves as the head of the urology program at Banner Good Samaritan.
